1. How do I track my flight or hotel booking?
Log in to the EAXEA app > My Bookings. You will also get a confirmation email with your booking ID.
2. How do I cancel or get a refund?
You can request cancellation from the app or email us. Refunds take 7-14 business days, depending on your bank and airline/hotel policy.
3. My payment failed but money was deducted
Don’t worry. If payment failed, the amount will be auto-refunded in 5-7 business days. If not, please email us your transaction ID.
4. Need help with Visa application?
Yes, we provide visa assistance. Email us with your destination and travel dates at support@eaxea.com
5. App not working / Bug report
Please mention your phone model, app version, and screenshot of the issue when you contact us.
